Ventilation fresh air, lower costs.

We design and install mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery (HRV). Up to 90% heat recovery, continuous fresh air supply, no need to open windows in winter.

About the service

Heat recovery ventilation (HRV) means fresh air without losing heat

An HRV unit replaces stale indoor air with fresh air, while recovering up to 90% of the heat from the exhaust air. This means fresh air year-round without the need to open windows in winter and lose expensive heating.

We carry out ventilation systems for new-build homes (at shell stage) as well as existing homes — in these cases we use surface-mounted ducting or minimally invasive decorative channels.

In commercial premises — offices, restaurants, conference rooms — mechanical ventilation is often required by health and safety standards. We design systems compliant with Polish PN standards and sanitary authority (SANEPID) requirements.

Why choose us

What you gain by choosing our ventilation service

90% heat recovery

The latest HRV units recover up to 90% of heat from exhaust air. Real savings on home heating costs in winter.

Anti-smog filtration

F7 or HEPA class filters capture PM2.5 and PM10 particles. Clean air even during smog season — especially important for children and allergy sufferers.

Quiet operation

A residential HRV unit in night mode operates at 25–30 dB — quieter than a whisper. Ducts sized for correct airflow velocity, no whistling.

App-controlled

All our installations include mobile app control — adjust airflow rate, set schedules, and receive filter replacement alerts.

Continuous fresh air supply

Plan the ventilation for your home or office.

Free site visit, installation design, quote with 2–3 options. You receive a full cost breakdown within 4 hours of the visit.

Frequently asked questions

Ventilation — Questions & Answers

For a 150 m² single-family home, the cost is PLN 18,000–32,000 including installation. The price depends on the HRV unit class (heat recovery efficiency), duct length, and control system. After the site visit we provide 2–3 price options.
Yes, but in this case we use surface-mounted ducting or ceiling cassette enclosures. Installation costs around 30% more than in a new-build at shell stage, but the results are identical.
Coarse filters (G4) every 3 months, F7/F9 filters every 6 months, anti-smog filters every 4 months during the season. The system automatically sends an alert when filters need replacing.
A well-chosen and properly installed unit — no. In standard mode it operates at 30–35 dB, in night mode 25–28 dB (quieter than a whisper). The key is locating the air handling unit in the loft or plant room and fitting silencers on the ducts.
Natural stack ventilation and mechanical heat recovery ventilation are two separate systems. After installing the HRV, the old ventilation flues are sealed or adapted to the new system.
