These Terms and Conditions govern the rules for using the services provided by MH Chłodnictwo Klimatyzacja Wentylacja (hereinafter: “Service Provider”) through the klimatyzacja24h.pl website and via direct contact.
By using the Service Provider’s services, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are available at klimatyzacja24h.pl/en/terms and may be amended — the Service Provider will give 14 days’ notice of any changes.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
§ 2. Definitions
Service Provider — MH Chłodnictwo Klimatyzacja Wentylacja, details as above
Client — a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit using the services
Website — the website available at klimatyzacja24h.pl
Service — maintenance, installation and design services in the fields of air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pumps and ventilation
Contact form — an interactive form on the Website enabling enquiries to be submitted
§ 3. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers the following services:
Installation, servicing and repair of air conditioners (split, multi-split, VRF/VRV)
Design and installation of commercial refrigeration systems
Installation and servicing of heat pumps (air-to-water, air-to-air)
Installation of mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery
Ongoing maintenance under subscription service agreements
The exact scope of each service is agreed individually before commencement.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse a service without giving a reason.
Complaints are handled within 14 working days of receipt.
§ 8. Cancellation and Withdrawal
The Client has the right to cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours before the planned time — free of charge.
Later cancellation may incur a technician time reservation fee of PLN 150 net.
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days — subject to the proviso that this right does not apply once the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s express consent.
§ 9. Liability
The Service Provider is liable for damage arising from improper performance of the service up to the value paid for that service.
The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profits or damage resulting from force majeure.
The Client is obliged to inform the Service Provider of any material circumstances affecting service delivery (e.g. asbestos, electrical installation defects).
These Terms and Conditions come into force on 07.05.2026.
