• Bennovate sp. z o.o. (ul. Christiana Andersena 25, 94-118 Łódź, Poland, VAT: 7272799328, KRS: 0000597272), operating as the Avantwerk platform (app.avantwerk.com) — a data processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR); responsible for building, hosting and maintaining the website, operating the CRM system and marketing automation. The CRM platform runs on cloud infrastructure hosted outside the EEA (USA).
• Google LLC — analytics services (GA4) and Google Business Profile
• Meta Platforms — where consent to marketing has been given
• Accounting office — tax and bookkeeping services (invoice data only)

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

4.1 Transfers of Data Outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

Personal data may be transferred to entities based in the United States (the CRM infrastructure of the Avantwerk platform and Google LLC). Transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, which ensures an adequate level of data protection. • Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data
